Peterson will serve as Artist in Residence at University of Puget Sound and as part of his time there he will present his critically acclaimed play Transfigurations--Transgressing Gender in the Bible

In this one-person play, theatrical performance activist, Peterson Toscano, unearths transgender Bible characters--those people who do not fit in the gender binary, and who in transgressing and transcending gender, find themselves at the center of some the Bible's most important stories.
